Create the strategic framework, revenue models and some programming concepts for a boxing channel for World Champion Oscar de la Hoya.
De la Hoya TV hired me as a Project CMO to create a marketing strategy and discover new sources of revenue.
I discovered and documented about 10 incremental sources (in addition to Distribution and Ad Sales) including the creation of a TV program and outlined a strategy to implement them in stages. The strategy was subsequently applied to Ring TV.
