Yes. There are cases of brands or products growing organically. The cases are few and far between compared to the sheer volume of postings and traffic in social media. Social media platforms, like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter throttle your reach to about 1% of your followers. You can't really grow by reaching 1% at a time.
